Free ski bus between Virgen and Matrei (6 km) to the " Großglockner Resort  Kals/Matrei " with 110 km of fantastic slopes. A ski rental with a large selection is offered at the valley station.

The Virgental not only offers an Eldorado for fans of skiing, but is also known for its beautiful cross-country ski runs. A total of 21 km of well-kept and excellent routes lead through the unique nature of the Hohe Tauern National Park, making cross-country skiing a real pleasure for beginners and experts alike.

TOBOGGANING

The illuminated toboggan run from the Würfelehütte guarantees a lot of fun. The cabin is accessible by foot from our house and toboggans can be borrowed from the hut owners free of charge.
